Dear Clients, Please kindly provide 24 hours notice for appointment cancelations and rescheduling. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen. For first-time no-shows and late cancellations will not be charged a fee. After that, you will be charged a 50% fee for appointments missed or cancelled without a 24-hour warning.
